4:00 – 5:00 pm	Check in and on-site registration at SFA Fieldhouse (under the scoreboard).
5:00 pm	Welcome by Coach Harper and introduction of observers.  Overview of scrimmage.  Scholarship donation to SFA Alumni Association.
5:30 pm	Mechanics review.
7:00 pm	SFA Spring Scrimmage.  Seating in stadium BY POSITION.  Q&A by attendees to observers during the scrimmage.
9:00 pm	Dinner and social hour in the pressbox.
Saturday
7:00 am	Donuts, juice, and coffee in the fieldhouse.
7:30 am	Mechanics instruction on the floor of Homer Bryce Stadium.
8:15 am	Scrimmage film review.  Broken out by position in individual film rooms.
9:15 am	Break.
9:30 am	Continue film review.
12 noon	Adjourn.  Lunch in the University Cafeteria (Student Union Bldg.)
